1. Excessive oil production
Acne does not just show up because of dirty skin, but
rather by factors from within the body. Acne
is a skin condition caused by abnormal excessive disruption of oil gland
production (sebaceus gland) which causes blockage of hair follicles and skin
pores. The
cause of excessive oil production is the most common hormone, this usually
occurs in people who are going through a period of change hormonal cycle,
especially in adolescence, known as puberty. That is the time
when a person was a teenager. At
this time a hormone-producing gland can cause excess oil, grease pile or sebum
in the skin in collaboration with the bacteria that causes acne.
2. Bacterium
Sometimes, these bacteria hide inside the skin pores and
disrupt the immune system, causing inflammation and cause blemishes called acne
redness. To
make matters more complicated, the bacteria normally present in the skin,
called p.acne, a study found two unique strains of P. acnes
occur in people with a ratio of one to five with acne, but it rarely occurs in
those who face clear of acne. These
bacteria tend to multiply in a clogged sebaceous glands, which produce
substances that cause irritation to the surrounding area. The
gland continues to swell, and may be broken, then spreading inflammation to the
surrounding skin. This
is what causes cystic acne types most likely, that leaves a long-term
pigmentation and scars as a permanent smallpox.
3. Dead skin cells
Normally dead skin cells will accumulate and mix with
excess oil eventually lead to irritation and cause acne. When
the skin cells were mixed with the amount of dust or dirt that has increased
it, the mixture is thick and sticky it can form a plug that into black or white
spots. Many
people believe that acne is only attacking the face, but acne can also attack
other parts of the body such as the back, chest and upper arms.
4. Cosmetics
Why cosmetics can also cause acne? That's
because many of the cosmetics on the market contain substances that are not
suitable for the skin. Type
of cosmetics can cause acne is that it contains elements of oil, dyes and
fragrances.
5. Drugs
Consuming certain drugs may be one factor causes acne. Medicines
that contain certain chemical elements such as corticosteroids either drunk
(oral) and that its use could lead to lower lubricate endurance. The
decline in the activity of the immune system will increase bacterial pathogens.
6. Food
Food and drinks such as what can cause acne? Food
and drinks were sweet, cooked with coconut milk, ice cream and soft drinks that
contain caffeine. Moreover, most fried
foods.
7. Stress
Stress
does not directly cause acne. The
problem is, there are certain hormones that come out when someone is stressed,
allowing the growth of acne. Not
only that, the stress makes the person likely to have eating lots of sugary and
fatty foods, as an "escape" from the stress.

are some factors
that can cause acne, if you do
